Justin Mabardi is a television executive, multicamera director and creative director with significant experience in the production and development of live stage shows, live shows for television and television formats. He is currently the Co-Executive Producer / creative director for Dancing With the Stars (ABC/Disney+), the series Creative Producer for American Idol (ABC) and the series creative producer for The Masked Singer (FOX).

Recently, Justin creative directed and Co-EP'd Dubai Expo's Headline Talent Series and portions of Atlantis the Royal's Grand Opening in Dubai. Additionally, he creative directed guest performances for Adam Lambert, Smokey Robinson, Chayce Beckham and others on American Idol as well as produced Camila Cabello's performances for SNL and The Today Show. 

As director, he recently segment directed portions of the premiere opening number for Dancing With the Stars along with the series idents. He directed Jimmy Fallon's series Clash of the Cover Bands for UTAS/NBC & E!, plus performances for Zedd, Rezz, PVRIS & Grabbitz at the Valorant Championships in Berlin for Riot Games. He has also directed several award shows and sports events. In 2020, he was given the opportunity to direct segments of World of Dance and The Titan Games through NBC's Alternative Directors Program.

His creative direction has been featured on network television shows around the world, including Dancing With The Stars, American Idol, The Tonight Show, Alter Ego, The Four, Bring the Funny, World's Got Talent, SNL and The Today Show – plus he produced six seasons of live performances on America's Got Talent as Supervising Producer. He regularly develops new television formats, most recently for Westbrook Studios, Village Roadshow and Endemol Shine.

Justin has created/produced performances for Nelly, Jason Mraz, Jimmie Allen, Pitbull, Melanie C., Ne-Yo, Smokey Robinson, Derek Hough, Adam Lambert, Lionel Richie, Camila Cabello, Willow, Luke Bryan, French Montana, Flo Rida, Rascall Flatts, Cynthia Erivo, Zhavia, Il Divo, One Republic, 蔡徐坤 (Kun), 李宇春 (Chris Lee), 李玟 (Coco Lee) & Jackie Evancho.

Additionally, Justin has twenty years of theatrical associate directing, production supervision and professional stage management under his belt -- he led teams for Franco Dragone for 10 years, five shows for the international musical sensation, Il Divo, plus several Broadway shows/tours.
